Our Hiring Process, and What To Expect

You’ll notice that our hiring process is probably a bit different than most! This is because we take hiring incredibly seriously at upGrowth Commerce - why? Because we have curated a team of A-players who are given the opportunity to work on amazing 8, 9, and 10 figure brands - this is a huge responsibility and honor that we don’t take lightly!

Before applying, please read through and ensure you can provide us with everything you’ll need in order to submit your application:

ALL fields are required, and you will not be able to successfully apply without all required information.

  1. Once you have successfully applied, your application will be reviewed. If you are shortlisted, we will send you a short Video Screening Interview. You will be required to be on camera for this and answer some simple role-related questions.
  2. Once complete, your video screening interview will be reviewed. If you are selected, you will be invited to work on a small, time-based test project for us both to assess working with eachother.
  3. Once complete, if we are satisfied with the quality of your test project, and both parties feel it is a fit, a formal job offer will be made!
